Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. 

Exchanges

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. If the size and item requested is out of stock we will issue a store credit that could be used on another purchase.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We kindly ask that you wear undergarments when trying on items for the first time. We inspect every item and reserve the right to deny an exchange if inspection is failed.   Exchanges should show no signs of wear, odors, hair or stains. When your exchange is approved, you will receive an invoice for the return shipping. Once your invoice is paid, your replacement item will be shipped. If the exchange is denied, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@curvasbeauty.com. Include your name, order number, and the size you need. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Post Op accessories are not eligible for refund/exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
